Everbound Studio is Christine and Brent Grenfell's UGC creative studio in Colorado. This page explains what information we collect through everboundstudio.com and how we use it. The short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply and to work with you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form or email us, we receive what you share, such as your name, email address, company, website, and details about your project.

Basic site data. Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Like most websites, it automatically logs standard technical information such as your browser type, device, the pages you visit, and your general location based on your IP address. Squarespace uses a few cookies to keep the site secure and to give us simple visitor statistics.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, discuss and deliver projects we work on together, and understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we won't add you to a marketing list unless you ask.

Who else handles it

We share information only with the services that help us run our business: Squarespace (website hosting, forms, and visitor statistics) and Google Workspace (email). They process information on our behalf under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project emails as long as we need them to work with you and to keep reasonable business records, then delete what we no longer need.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you. Just email UGC@EverboundStudio.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our site is meant for businesses and brands. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new "last updated" date.
